How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.

When does the monthly box ship?

Reserve boxes ship on the 1st of each month. You'll receive a tracking number by email and Quincy will post tasting notes for each cigar in the member feed.

Can I suggest a cigar for the shop?

Absolutely — Quincy loves discovering new smokes. Use the contact form above and select "Cigar Recommendation" as your subject.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Visit the Membership page and click your desired tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference.
